How is a crystalline digraph made?
The first thing we do when you send us an order is a 3D model of the entire digraph, to make sure the optical illusion is perfect. This model is unique!
We then laser engrave it in our workshop in La Roche-sur-Yon using a laser specifically designed to engrave in the mass without damaging the surface of the crystalline block.
The whole thing is then prepared for shipping and protected by cornstarch-based cushioning particles, which are compostable!

Your questions
Will this really work for our first names?
It is of course possible to use first names or words of different sizes. The crystalline digraph accepts very large letter gaps, from single to triple!
It is also possible to use compound first names, the hyphen is in this case "hidden" behind another letter so that the optical illusion remains perfect.
However, we do not have the possibility of using accents or cedillas. First names are therefore written in unaccented capital letters.
When will I receive it?
Our delivery times are indicated at the top of the site in the banner. In standard periods, it is around 15 days. This period may be extended as the holidays approach (Christmas, Valentine's Day). A priority processing option is possible for urgent orders (to be selected at the shipping stage of payment). Its period is usually 7 calendar days.
